- Open Chrome

- Select 'More Tools'
- Click 'Clear browsing data'
- Select 'Obliterate the following items from: the beginning of time'
- Tick 'Cookies and other site and plug-in data' and 'Cached images and files'
- Click 'Clear browsing data'
Enabling cookies in Chrome
- Open Chrome
- Click the Chrome menu on the top right-hand corner of the browser toolbar
- Click 'Settings'
- Near the bottom of the page, click 'Show advanced settings'
- In the 'Privacy' section, click 'Content settings'
- To enable cookies, select 'Allow local data to be set (recommended)'
- Click 'Done' to save
Deleting cookies in Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click the 'Tools' menu on the top right-hand corner of the browser toolbar
- Select 'Safety'
- Click 'Delete browsing history'
- Unselect 'Preserve Favorites website data'
- Tick 'Temporary Internet files and website files' and 'Cookies and website data'
- Click 'Delete'
Enabling cookies in Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click the 'Tools' menu on the top right-hand corner of the browser toolbar
- Click 'Internet Options'
- Click the 'Privacy' tab
- Under 'Settings' drag the slider to 'Medium'
- Click 'OK'
Deleting cookies in Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox
- Click the Firefox menu on the top right-hand corner of the browser toolbar
- Click 'History'
- Click 'Clear recent history'
- Select 'Everything' as the time range
- Tick 'Cookies' and 'Cache'
- Click 'Clear now'
Enabling cookies in Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox
- Click the Firefox menu on the top right-hand corner of the browser toolbar
- Click 'Options'
- Click 'Privacy'
- Select 'Firefox will: Use custom settings for history'
- Tick 'Accept cookies from sites' and select 'Accept third-party cookies: Always' and 'Keep until: they expire'
- Click 'OK'
Deleting cookies in Safari (for desktop users)
- Open Safari
- Click 'Edit' in the top menu
- Click 'Empty cache'
- On the 'Are you sure you want to empty the cache?' message, click 'Empty'
- Click 'Edit' in the top menu
- Click 'Preferences'
- Click the 'Privacy' tab
- Click 'Remove all website data'
- On the 'Are you sure you want to remove all data stored by websites on your computer?' message, click 'Remove now'
Enabling cookies in Safari (for desktop users)
- Open Safari
- Click the cog in the top right-hand corner to open the Safari menu
- Click 'Preferences'
- Click the 'Privacy' tab
- Select 'Block cookies: never'
Deleting cookies in Safari (for mobile and tablet users)
- Go to 'Settings' in your device's main menu
- Scroll down and select 'Safari'
- Click 'Clear history and website data'
- On the 'Clearing will remove history, cookies and other browsing data' message, click 'Clear history and data'
Enabling cookies in Safari (for mobile and tablet users)
- Go to 'Settings' in your device's main menu
- Scroll down and select 'Safari'
- Click 'Block cookies'
- Select 'Allow from websites I visit'
