A good fit if you already understand the basics of Microsoft Project (or have equivalent experience) and now need to manage more detailed schedules. It’s aimed at people who want to improve how they allocate and level resources, track progress with baselines, and produce reports for stakeholders. You’ll need the desktop version of Microsoft Project installed for the practical exercises.
Completion of the Introduction course or equivalent experience is recommended, including familiarity with task creation, dependencies, and basic resource management in Microsoft Project.
To participate fully in this course, delegates will need the desktop version of Microsoft Project installed on their laptop or desktop PC. This is essential to complete the hands-on practical exercises throughout the session.
Microsoft Project is ideal for anyone who plans, tracks or delivers projects. Skills from this course support roles such as Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Project Manager and PMO Analyst, and provide a strong pathway into wider project and programme management careers.
