Overview
Description
This masterclass builds genuine working capability with Claude across four weeks, one capability per session, each consolidated by a weekly deliverable you create from your own material.
Week 1, Claude foundational overview. Learn the prompting principles that make Claude reliable, then turn a real report or set of notes into a structured, decision-ready briefing. You leave with a reusable system prompt for a recurring task in your role.
Week 2, Projects and Skills. Organise an ongoing strand of work with a Project, and package repeatable know-how as a Skill that Claude calls on demand. You leave with both, built and tested on real work.
Week 3, Cowork. Connect a working folder and put Claude to work directly on your files, turning raw inputs into a polished, on-brand deliverable through a repeatable delegation flow.
Week 4, the Claude ecosystem. Use Dispatch to delegate from anywhere, then design an end-to-end workflow connecting prompts, Projects, Skills and Cowork. This becomes your capstone: a realistic plan for embedding AI in your daily work, with human review points built in.
By the end of the masterclass you will be able to prompt and synthesise with confidence, systematise work with Projects and Skills, produce deliverables and automate file work, and delegate remotely while embedding AI responsibly.
The course is taught through task-based instruction with groupwork and a flipped classroom, so sessions are spent doing, not watching. Support is scaffolded early and faded across the weeks, moving you from guided to independent use. Assessment is continuous: weekly deliverables, in-session peer review, and the capstone project that draws the four outcomes together. GDPR and cybersecurity good practice run through every session.
Who is this course for?
This course is for busy professionals who want AI to do real work, not just answer questions. It suits knowledge workers in any role or sector, from analysts and consultants to marketers, operations managers and team leads, as well as leaders who want to model confident, responsible AI use. No technical background is needed. Because every task is applied to your own material, participants from mixed roles and confidence levels progress side by side, and teams attending together leave with shared Projects, Skills and workflows they can adopt immediately.
Requirements
Access to Claude (a paid plan is recommended so Projects, Skills and Cowork are available), a laptop with a stable internet connection for the live online sessions, and a real recurring task plus a sanitised report, set of notes or folder of files to work on. No coding experience is required. Client and personal data must be sanitised in line with GDPR good practice.
